The Project Controls I role collects and validates financial data, supports cost measurement, billing and payroll, and assists senior staff in tracking project budgets and progress within the company’s Project Management Methodology.
- Collect, review, and validate financial data for project cost measurement, billing, accounts payable, payroll, and equipment utilization.
- Maintain accurate project financial records per company policies.
- Prepare and review customer billings for accuracy and contract compliance.
- Research and resolve accounts payable discrepancies, coordinating with project management, accounting, and vendors.
- Monitor project activities for compliance with contracts, internal policies and procedures.
- Track and report project costs, commitments and variances under senior guidance.
- Document and retain records to support audits and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with project and operations teams to reinforce financial controls and transparency.
- Contribute to a high-performance team by aligning goals with company strategy.

- Understanding of financial tools, general accounting principles, and ability to learn H&M systems (WOS, PENTA).
- Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to interpret data and statistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0‑3 years of related experience.
