Develop strong client relationships in a Project Manager and Client Manager role.
Candidate should be able to perform engineering analysis; develop preliminary and detailed designs of stormwater facilities; and write specifications and construction documents.

P rogressive experience conducting business development and /or project delivery for stormwater and resilience projects in coastal and interior drainage communities, including Stormwater Pump Stations, flood control channels and tide gates is a plus.
Demonstrated knowledge of hydrology and open channel hydraulics.
B.S. or MS Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering (or related engineering field), with emphasis in water resources.
Knowledge/experience with ESRI Arc GIS, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, AutoCAD.
15+ years’ water resources-related experience
Dam Safety and design experience is a plus.
Proficiency in basic MS Office software.
Knowledge and Experience with USACE Civil Works projects is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
