- Provide administrative support for leadership meetings.
- Assist with pre-employment documentation, uniform/apparel orders, and employee communications.
- Serve as the first point of contact for our daily walk-in visitors, vendors, and applicants.

- Coordinate internal newsletters, social media posts, and branded materials.
- Manage daily office operations including phones, mail, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Review approval requests (via DocuSign), adhere to, and understand budget maintenance process/procedure

- 1-3 years of administrative or office coordination experience.
