The MEP Manager in Project and Development Services will serve as the go‑to person for all mechanical, engineering and plumbing matters, overseeing the full lifecycle from planning and design through procurement, construction and final handover.
The role involves gathering client MEP requirements, defining scope, schedule and budget, supporting design managers with planning and value engineering, assisting contract managers with procurement and variations, and helping construction managers with installation, site inspection and contractor management. It also includes risk identification, health‑and‑safety management, promoting the company’s reputation and building high‑performing teams.
- Direct MEP lifecycle activities including design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning.
- Convert client MEP needs into detailed scopes, timelines and cost plans.
- Collaborate with design, contract and construction managers for value engineering and change orders.
- Oversee site inspections and contractor performance to ensure compliance and safety.
- Manage MEP‑related risk assessments and health‑and‑safety mitigation.
- Cultivate high‑performance project teams and act as JLL’s representative for new business.

Candidates must hold a degree in an MEP‑related discipline and have at least five years of combined education and work experience, including construction site management and development management skills. Technical expertise in HVAC, electrical engineering, BMS, security, AV and IT systems is required, along with business knowledge of real‑estate and construction markets and fluency in English and Chinese for client presentations.
- Hold an MEP‑focused degree and a minimum of five years relevant education and experience.
