The NetSuite Implementation Consultant will lead the planning, configuration, testing, and deployment of the company’s new NetSuite ERP system. This role requires a hands-on expert who can translate business processes into system solutions, ensure seamless integration with existing tools, and train internal teams on effective use of the platform.

  • Develop workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports aligned with business requirements.
  • Configure NetSuite modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, and Reporting.
  • Support integration of NetSuite with other enterprise systems (CRM, HRIS, etc.).
  • Develop and execute test scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide hypercare support post-launch to ensure adoption and resolve technical or process issues.
  • Translate business requirements into NetSuite configurations and functional specifications.
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of NetSuite implementation — from discovery and design to go-live and stabilization.
  • Customize NetSuite setup to support multi-entity and project-based business operations.
  • Validate system performance, reporting accuracy, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to document current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for NetSuite best practices and system governance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data migration or configuration issues.
  • Create and deliver user training and documentation for end-users and department leads.

The ideal consultant is experienced in end-to-end NetSuite implementations and comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and IT to deliver a successful go-live on time and within budget.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • NetSuite certification (ERP Consultant or Administrator) preferred.
  • 5+ years of NetSuite implementation experience (ERP Consultant or Business Systems Analyst role).
  • Strong understanding of accounting workflows and reporting structures.
  • Expertise in one or more modules: Financials, Inventory, Procurement, Project Accounting, or Advanced Revenue.
  • Proven track record with at least two full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Experience with data migration, custom scripting (SuiteScript), and 3rd-party integrations (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
