Associate Director

Description

• Managing project resources, budgets, and programmes
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to business development
• Providing technical oversight, mentorship, and guidance to engineers and technicians
• Leading structural engineering design across a variety of building projects
• Overseeing quality assurance and delivering exceptional technical outputs
• Helping shape the growth and vision of the structural engineering discipline

Requirements

• Confident communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach
• Chartered or near-Chartered Structural/Civil Engineer (CEng MICE / MIStructE)
• Real leadership responsibility and a voice in strategic decisions
• Strong experience delivering building structures projects in the UK
• Excellent technical design capability across core materials (steel / concrete / timber / masonry)
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects

Benefits

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 depending on experience
