4+ years of experience in designing roadway infrastructure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of plan development with CADD (MicroStation and/or AutoCAD).

Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Proficiency with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications.
Experience with Bentley OpenBridge Designer (LEAPSteel), CSiBridge, and AASHTOWare BrR desirable.
Ability to work on multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Prior experience with New Jersey Department of Transportation and/or New Jersey Turnpike Authority projects preferred including well versed in client design policies, standards and specifications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures.
