10+ years of operations leadership experience in energy sector.
Track record of building and leading high-performing operational teams
Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
Experience with AI/ML technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
Experience in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and procurement processes
Background in scaling technology organizations or innovation centers
Experience with government contracting or regulated industry operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
Experience working in matrix organizations and driving cross-functional initiatives
Proven track record managing complex partnerships and vendor relationships
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related technical field
Technical background in energy, power generation, or industrial technology sectors
