The Role

Overview

Manage daily distribution and restocking of domestic and catering supplies.

Tasks

-Assisting in periodic stocktakes and providing support to finance and external auditors as required. -Maintaining sufficient levels of uniform as per requirements. -Overseeing the stores inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained and adjusted to current business needs. -To work with and between both domestic stores and catering stores as per departmental requirements. -Facilitating the timely processing of stock replenishment orders and delivery of required goods and services. -Suggesting new ways of working to prevent backorder bottlenecks and operational delays. -The issuing of provisions to Wards and Departments as per daily requisitions, according to agreed stock levels, for the Domestic and Catering Departments. -Checking all deliveries in a timely manner against delivery notes, recording details and reporting any discrepancies to the Stores Manager.
