We are currently seeking to add a Maintenance Prep team member to support and assist our maintenance team. Maintenance staff are responsible for overall property maintenance and related mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other operational/functional systems.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Complete assigned maintenance projects with quality workmanship and timely execution
- Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, concrete, masonry, minor extermination, and carpentry tasks
- Repair, replace, or install signage, glass, tile, carpet, cove base, fixtures, venetian blinds, locks, doorknobs, hinges, etc.
- Conduct property inspections and manage turn inventory control
- Assist with janitorial duties, make on‑the‑spot corrections, and report service deficiencies

The role requires physical functions such as bending, kneeling, stretching, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, and lifting up to 60 pounds regularly, with occasional lifts over 60 pounds.
- Minimum one year of maintenance trade experience with strong mechanical aptitude
- Formal training in at least one trade: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall installation, or air conditioning
- Available to work during inclement weather for property clean‑up and emergencies
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, stretch, walk, climb stairs/ladders, squat, and lift up to 60 lb (occasionally over 60 lb)
