Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Foreman & Laborers (Construction)

Description

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard‑surface flooring systems
• Follow all health and safety regulations and ensure compliance
• Use equipment and materials correctly
• Meet and exceed production targets
• Submit timely hours
• Obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test

Requirements

The successful candidate for the Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew & Foreman role will demonstrate initiative, be a self‑starter with high professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive.

• Experience in concrete polishing and epoxy/urethane flooring
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum age 18 and able to pass pre‑employment drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Commitment to a drug‑free workplace (EOE, E‑Verify)
