The position works Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours and occasional on‑call weekends in special circumstances. The technician will maintain and repair a wide range of customer and company‑owned heavy equipment and aerial lifts, using the newest fleet in the industry.
In addition to hands‑on work, you will assist in training lower‑level technicians, maintain complete electronic documentation, help with equipment and parts pick‑up and delivery, and stay knowledgeable of OSHA requirements. Year‑round OEM training and other assigned duties support continuous improvement.
- Create, assign, and monitor work orders using the T3 platform
- Track machine service intervals and order parts efficiently
- Diagnose equipment issues quickly with data from multiple makes and models
- Practice safe job practices when repairing equipment
- Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
- Exercise independent judgment on complex repairs
- Train lower‑level technicians as needed
- Maintain complete electronic documentation of work performed daily
- Assist with equipment and parts pick‑up and delivery
- Participate in year‑round OEM training

- Field service, maintenance and repair experience preferred
- Ability to move, stand, stoop, bend and lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass a 10‑panel drug screen for safety‑sensitive positions
