Repairing products that have been returned as part of major contract for international retailer/distributor of power tools and lawn-care equipment comprising of construction power tools such as drills, saws and sanders etc. and lawncare equipment such as mowers, hedge trimmers and strimmers etc.
Raising requisitions for replacement components as required.
Producing fault reports and inputting correct data to database.
Supporting an international network of approved repair centres.
Testing fault finding and repair to electrically & petrol powered equipment
Updating as new, returned electrical/electronic equipment

Read and understand repair manuals, schematics, and circuit diagrams.
Working experience within a product test environment.
Ability to fault-find, and diagnose root cause.
Properly using hand tools & test equipment.
Hold vocational qualifications in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical discipline;
Fault finding and repair at printed circuit board level.
Good communication skills, written and conversational.
OR suitable testing, maintenance & repair experienc in technical role.
Conversant with the use of fault-finding devices such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
Experience of producing fault reports and inputting correct data
Ability to read and understand manuals, schematics, and circuit diagrams.
Experience of fault finding at 'component level'.
