As Executive Assistant to the VP, you will ensure seamless business operations, manage priorities, and act as a trusted partner in driving organizational efficiency.
Support projects, streamline office processes, and maintain documentation.
Track action items, budgets, and expense reports.
Work on projects with real global impact.
Coordinate meetings, events, and team activities.
Draft minutes, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SharePoint, SAP, Workday, Concur is an advantage. Certification such as Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

2–4 years’ experience in executive or administrative support.
