  • Provide feedback to the R&D team regarding market trends and customer needs that contribute towards our competitiveness and product development in the space of digitalization, automation, and electrification.
  • Conduct customer visit for the customer journey area in Orlando.
  • Attend Forecast Reviews and provide weekly summary of progress against the targets for the Segments: Provide weekly summary of progress against key metrics for individual segments, follow-up with monthly Sales strategy actions and streamline cross-segments activities
  • Participate in Sales Pipeline reviews, manage and evaluate opportunities based on Sales feedback
  • Develop strategy, understand customer requirements, provide innovative solutions and grow our Grid Automation business.
  • Engage with the customers, regulators, and industry experts to understand their needs and help address their challenges with our portfolio solutions.

  • Proficient in developing dashboards in Salesforce and conducting analysis of pipeline
  • 2 or more years of relevant professional experience in energy industry. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa
  • Global attitude with strong intercultural sensitivity and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and partners around the world; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders; Proficient language skill in English is required
  • Basic knowledge of digital grid portfolio and product offering landscape
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, information technology, or similar field
  • An analytical and strategic mindset, always eager to explore and implement innovative solutions and applying problem-solving skills
