Description
The role involves operating injection molding machines, including startup, shutdown, and parameter setting. You will set and adjust machine settings according to approved process sheets, carry out mold changeovers safely and accurately, and continuously monitor cycle time, part quality, and machine condition. Any product defects such as short fill, flash, or burn marks must be addressed promptly, and abnormal conditions reported to the maintenance or engineering team.

- Assist with weekly and monthly efficiency loss and rejection analysis.
