Lead multi-disciplinary teams – guide subject matter experts, engineers, commercial, finance, and business development professionals through all phases of the capture process.
Ensure compliance and integrity – manage risks, uphold governance, and ensure adherence to all internal and client requirements.
Drive proposal excellence – work closely with our Proposal Management team to oversee the development of compliant, persuasive, and customer-focused proposals.
Engage stakeholders – foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, customers, and industry collaborators to strengthen KBR’s market position.

A solid understanding of Defence/Government acquisition processes and capability development principles.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing capture strategies.
Australian citizenship and the ability to hold (or a history of holding) a minimum NV1 security clearance.
Proven experience in capture management, bid management, or business development within the Australian Defence industry.
