We are looking for a Loan Transaction Coordinator serves as a liaison between borrowers, lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders to ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and processed efficiently from application to funding.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending guidelines and document requirements.•Update loan status and progress regularly.
  • Shopping around for different lenders, chose and submitted the loan.
  • Coordinate the loan process from initial application through final funding.
  • Communicate with lenders and title companies to gather required documents.
  • Track deadlines and ensure all loan conditions are met on time.
  • Schedule and confirm closings with all parties involved.
