Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Foreman & Laborers (Construction)

Description

The role involves installing various flooring systems while ensuring strict compliance with health and safety rules, proper use of equipment, and meeting production targets. Timely submission of work hours is also required.

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard‑surface flooring systems.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and use equipment properly.
• Achieve or surpass production targets and submit accurate hours promptly.
• Travel as needed and stay out of town; work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Complete respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience with concrete polishing and epoxy/urethane flooring, be willing to travel and stay out of town, and be able to work overnight, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and respirator fit test are required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and maintain a drug‑free status.

Compensation ranges from $21 to $31 per hour depending on experience, supplemented by an hourly bonus program.
