Description

Measure and value completed work on-site to facilitate accurate payments
Contribute to value engineering activities to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Support risk assessments and help develop mitigation strategies
Prepare financial reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders
Help prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, and overheads to support accurate budgeting
Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial control
Help resolve cost and contract-related issues and ensure compliance with legal and industry standards, including health and safety
Assist in managing contracts with clients and subcontractors, including reviewing terms and ensuring compliance
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to support timely project delivery
