Perform quantitative analysis of risk impacts to project cost and schedule.
Develop risk management plans for new projects and maintain existing risk management processes and procedures.
In close coordination with project and technical teams, facilitate the identification and monitoring, and reporting of project and program risk and opportunities. Lead risk review meetings.
Interface with project managers, supervisors, and subject matter experts to conduct risk and uncertainty identification and assessment against technical and business objectives; develop, update, and maintain risk handling plans, perform what-if, root cause and other decision making/issue identification analyses to inform handling strategy selection.
Planning/organizing: Prioritizes and plans work activities, organizes personal and project timelines and deadlines, tracks project timelines and deadlines, and uses time efficiently.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience working in a project/program management or systems engineering organization is required. Nuclear industry experience is preferred. Familiarity with project risk management implementation, planning/scheduling tools and techniques, PMO processes, spreadsheets and databases is also required (Preferably; Primavera P6, PRISM, Primavera Risk Analysis, and Palisade @Risk). Must possess strong technical writing skills and be able to clearly communicate via written, oral, and electronic means. Must have exceptional organization skills and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple work phases with minimal supervision.
Oral/written communication: Listens carefully and speaks clearly and professionally in all situations. Edits work for accuracy and clarity, is able to create, read and interpret complex written information. Ability to develop strong interpersonal networks within the organization.
