Control and contribute the initiation of programmatic scope 1. Support in the identification of scope able to progress to projects2. Deliver to the agreed time, cost and quality.⢠As a senior AEM leading the multidiscipline teams, responsible for estimating, scheduling, forecasting and the production of the agreed design deliverables.⢠Management of the DSA teams in production of deliverables ⢠Development of the safety case(s), including attendance at HAZOPs, support to safety assessment, review of ES, production of substantiation documentation. ⢠Resource identification of additional resource demand where required to ensure all deliverables can be originated and checked in accordance with the project schedule dates⢠Interfacing with other Project Discipline leads within the project(s)⢠Interfacing and engagement with Site clients and stakeholders.Work collaboratively with full integrated project team including construction, commissioning, pre ops, human factors, and client to ensure functional requirements are met. (Constructability, commissionability, HAZCON, conventional safety, environmental).
š Engineering background with a proven record of successful delivery, including recent roles influencing professional engineers and guiding technical personnelšļø Significant experience in an engineering design environment, with engineering knowledge as a key attribute and proven project delivery across the full project lifecycleš”ļø Recent experience within a regulated and quality-assured system (preferably nuclear), where professional engineering judgement was keyš Knowledge and understanding of governing laws, regulations, and standards for the nuclear industry (equivalent experience from other industries will be considered)š§ Experience with Project System Engineering and the system engineering approach to designš Familiarity with NEC3 contract terms and conditionsā” Experience in the delivery of projects related to cooling systems and CE&I power distribution
Ability to obtain SC Clearance or above Ability to obtain P1 Pass Minimum Monitored Worker
Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
