Provides solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Installers are responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining residential solar photovoltaic systems on roofs or other structures, following site assessments and schematics. Tasks include measuring, cutting, assembling, bolting framing and modules, trenching, concrete work, mounting racking and electrical equipment, sealing penetrations, and keeping the job site clean and safe.
Candidates should have 0‑6 months of residential solar or related experience (HVAC, roofing), electrical and roof‑racking skills, and the physical ability to lift 50 lb, climb ladders, work on rooftops, and endure extreme weather conditions. Strong attention to detail, communication, customer service, teamwork, reliable attendance, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record are required.
