Senior Analyst - Continuous Improvement

Description

• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve training programs and compliance outcomes.
• Develop and maintain supplemental analytics to enhance training insights.
• Assist in the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (Workday).
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across training records and systems.
• Work closely with technical trainers, instructional designers, and Electric Operations leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators and metrics.
• Monitor training completion rates and certifications to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Generate and distribute compliance reports to support Electric Operations training.
• Support audits and internal reviews with accurate and timely reporting.
• Serve as a liaison between technical training and operations to align analytics with business goals.
• Design and implement real-time dashboards to provide actionable insights for Electric Operations leadership.

Requirements

• Proficiency in LMS administration, preferably Workday.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the electric utility industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Customer Centric (internal and/or external)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in developing dashboards and reports.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• 6-8 years of experience in data analytics, continuous improvement, or a related role. Equivalent experience may be considered.
