Front Office Coordinator Reception & Administrative Support

Description

• Greet clients, visitors, and sales representatives in a professional, friendly manner
• Provide general support to sales reps, managers, and office staff
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
• Maintain a tidy, professional front office environment (light cleaning as needed)
• Support administrative functions such as handling mail, deliveries, and supplies
• Organize and prepare sales packets and installation packets
• Assist with scheduling, filing, and office organization

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software)
• Prior experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or administrative coordinator
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Knowledge of construction or home improvement industries a plus
