Tasks

-Manage project data files from various sources -Prioritize work to meet various project requests and deadlines, answering to various engineers and project managers -Manage workspaces and develop plan sets in ORD, including sheet creation and plan set development -Develop Designs in Power InRoads, OpenRoads Designer, or AutoCAD Civil3D -Leading the design for large, multi-structure transportation projects

What You Bring

-Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; ability to think 3-dimensionally -Must be able to work independently with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks, with competing priorities -Produce accurate output with a keen eye for aesthetics -Mentoring skills and leadership mindset -Knowledge of state DOT standards is a plus, but not required -Be proactive and responsive in effectively communicating with colleagues and clients, both in-person and virtually/remotely -Associates degree or equivalent technical degree -10+ years of relevant bridge design experience -Be familiar with Power InRoads, OpenRoads Designer, or AutoCAD Civil3D

Benefits
