- Manage training invitations, track responses, and monitor attendance.
- Organize logistics for sessions, including venues, travel, and accommodation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate training databases and participation records.
- Prepare and distribute training materials and resources.
- Administer post‑training evaluations, compile feedback, and generate improvement reports.
- Respond promptly to training‑related queries.
- Issue certificates for training and graduate programs.
- Review study leave requests and draft approval letters.
- Provide on‑site support at training events and meetings.
- Support Graduate Development, Performance Management, and other Talent Management initiatives.
- Serve as primary contact for graduate queries throughout their journey.
- Assist Emiratization initiatives with Talent Management requirements.
- Take meeting minutes and document action items.
- Research training content and curate learning pathways.
- Perform additional ad‑hoc administrative and support tasks.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Up to 1 year HR experience; exposure to Talent Management or L&D is a plus.
