Support scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking efforts for assigned scopes.
Prepare and maintain logs for submittals, RFIs, and change orders.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail.
3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer (or similar role) on multifamily residential, apartments, or luxury rental developments.
OSHA 30-hour certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experienced with MEP coordination for residential projects in Miami Dade County, Bay Harbor or similar high-end is a plus.
Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes in South Florida.
Strong background in construction drawings, detailing, and field coordination.
Proficient in project management software (AutoCAD, Autodesk, Bluebeam, MS Project).
Experience with concrete and high-rise construction methods.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
