Coordinate project materials, deliveries, and crew assignments
Enforce safety standards and lead daily tailgate meetings
Ensure work is completed in compliance with code, contract specs, and schedule

Ability to dig, backfill, and manually move materials

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical construction or Data Center construction and best practices
