Construction Plumbing Superintendent

Description

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and internal teams
• Supervise and lead plumbing crews and subcontractors on large commercial projects
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide solutions to maintain project progress
• Manage scheduling, labor, materials, and equipment for project execution
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems

Requirements

Our client is seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up commercial construction. This role is responsible for overseeing all plumbing operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Proven experience on ground-up commercial plumbing projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple crews and complex scopes
