Key responsibilities include leading a team of at least three direct reports, managing all aspects of property maintenance, overseeing vendor relationships, coordinating preventative maintenance, apartment turnovers, and resident service requests, as well as communicating maintenance and capital needs to senior management. The manager must also ensure compliance with AIR operating procedures, regulations, and environmental health and safety standards while managing the maintenance budget to maximize return on investment.
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of technical maintenance and facilities management experience, preferably in property management or a related industry, and three to five years of leadership experience in customer service or asset maintenance. Additional requirements include reliable transportation, the ability to work flexible schedules and on‑call shifts, physical capability to handle heavy equipment, and proficiency in English.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $105,000, performance‑based bonuses, and optional rent‑free on‑site housing.
