- Maintain version control and document history
- Collaborate with 3 subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and verify information

- Piece together documentation from older manuals and create small amounts of new content
- Format and organize documentation using Microsoft tools (Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
- Support updates across multiple product lines

- Familiarity with document control systems or enterprise content management platforms
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- No compliance documentation required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and cloud platforms (SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Experience in technical writing, preferably in a service or manufacturing environment
- Ability to take clear, well-lit photographs and upload them into documentation systems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technical environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation tasks
