Lead complex healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, quality, and safety while mentoring project teams and maintaining strong relationships with clients, designers, and subcontractors. Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Supervise all project phases and mentor project teams
Ensure QA/QC compliance and promote safety culture
Build and maintain strong client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships
Champion use of project management technology
Support preconstruction, value engineering, and cost management
Manage project schedules, procurement, and milestones
Oversee risk, contracts, and change orders
