Hands-on leadership style, supervising teams and contractors on site, setting clear standards, and directing works to ensure best practice and consistent performance.
Confident in managing customer queries and complaints, handling sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Experienced in setting up and managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and implementing remedial actions where required.
Demonstrated experience supporting on-site project delivery, including contractor supervision, risk management, RAMS reviews, and permit-to-work processes.
