Conduct internal quality audits to verify compliance with QMS requirements.
Maintain and manage quality documentation, including manuals, national/international standards, client specifications, ITPs, and technical data sheets.
Coordinate closely with construction managers, project managers, vendors, third-party inspectors, and the TQM team.
Review and prepare QA/QC documentation and ensure complete handover of QA/QC dossiers at project close-out.
Monitor and report KPIs related to Quality Costs, NCRs, lessons learned, and trends in project quality performance.
Interface across multi-disciplinary engineering functions and ensure QA/QC deliverables are integrated effectively.
Ensure compliance with Project Quality Plans (PQP), ITPs, PTS, MOS, checklists, and applicable codes/standards.
Develop and implement quality procedures, inspection checklists, and method statements related to civil works.
Provide technical guidance to the construction team to enhance quality performance and compliance.
Review technical submittals to ensure compliance with quality and specification requirements prior to approval.
Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive actions for civil-related non-conformities.
Maintain detailed QA/QC logs and records, including NCR logs, inspection logs, calibration records, proactive logs, and lessons learned.
Monitor and inspect civil construction activities across all stages, from raw material acceptance through to final testing, commissioning, and handover.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) standards; certification as an Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor is preferred.
Strong knowledge of civil QA/QC procedures, inspection techniques, and material verification methods.
Candidates with prior Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience will be given strong preference.

The ideal candidate should hold or be eligible for SEC approval and possess the ability to enforce quality standards, ensure compliance with codes and specifications, conduct inspections, manage QA/QC documentation, and drive continuous improvement in line with project requirements.
Experience with SEC or Aramco projects is mandatory or strongly preferred.
