We are seeking a visionary and hands‑on Risk Data Science and Analytics Leader to architect the next generation of risk intelligence for a dynamic payments platform serving the property management industry. The role will lead development of advanced risk models and AI‑powered systems across fraud, compliance, and credit domains, while driving real‑time adaptive decisioning that balances protection with growth.
The leader will design, build, and maintain predictive models for fraud detection, credit risk assessment, and compliance monitoring, develop enterprise risk scores for tenants and property managers, and create real‑time scoring systems using behavioral analytics, device intelligence, and transaction anomaly detection. They will also establish loss‑forecasting frameworks, conduct A/B testing and policy simulation, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to embed intelligent risk insights throughout the customer journey.
Ideal candidates hold an advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field and have 10+ years of risk analytics experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services. Required skills include a proven track record of deploying risk models and AI solutions, strong proficiency in Python, SQL, machine learning frameworks, and hands‑on experience with LLMs, NLP, and agentic workflows.
