

The role involves managing a large office and retail portfolio in London. You will be taking responsibility for the delivery of the day to day lease management, L&T services, client service delivery and reporting requirements for all their assets on the estate.
Strong lease management
MRICS is desirable but not essential. APC support can be provided.
Structured client reporting skills
Leadership & motivational skills
IT Skills – Property Management Database management
Experience in managing tenant applications
Service Charge management experience
Proven track record in commercial property management
Hybrid working available up to two days a week.
