- Operate hand and power tools as directed, maintaining safety standards and care of equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Support construction teams with hands-on tasks such as framing, drywall installation, painting, and other general labor as needed.
- Keep job sites clean and organized, ensuring debris is removed and pathways are clear for workers and equipment.
- Assist with set-up and tear-down of temporary structures like scaffolding and tarps.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the job site, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support the supervisor and team with any other construction-related tasks as necessary.
- Assist in unloading and delivering construction materials and equipment.
- Assist with transporting and organizing construction materials, such as tiles, cabinets, flooring, and other items needed for home builds.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of tools and equipment used on the job site.

- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
