  • Oversee delivery of core features such as:
  • Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
  • Support client demonstrations, proposals, and pilot projects.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking against leading geospatial and AI platforms.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, engaging with clients in sectors such as mining, aviation, transportation, and environmental monitoring to gather feedback and identify emerging needs.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for product adoption, customer satisfaction, and market growth.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and business development teams to position FusionMap as the premier AI-powered geospatial platform.
  • Define and maintain the strategic vision and roadmap (sprints, agile, scrum, etc.) for FusionMap, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer needs into technical specifications.
  • Manage pricing, licensing, and subscription models for enterprise clients.
  • Guide the development and enhancement of FusionMap’s web and mobile applications, ensuring cross-platform consistency, usability, and scalability.
  • Prioritize feature development, balancing innovation with customer requirements.
  • Contribute to Tetra Tech’s thought leadership in digital twin and AI-driven geospatial analytics.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
  • Ensure seamless ESRI and GIS tool integration, cloud scalability, and enterprise-grade security.
  • Ensure visualization and interactive exploration of GIS datasets within the platform, including support for formats such as GeoTIFF, HP, GeoJSON, and ESRI integrations.

  • AI-driven asset management and defect mapping

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Advanced 3D modeling
  • Experience with ESRI products, WFS/WMS integration, and cloud-based geospatial systems.
  • 5+ years in product management (preferably in geospatial, SaaS, AI/ML, or digital twin platforms).
  • Strong understanding of GIS technologies, LiDAR, remote sensing, and AI applications.
  • Track record of managing cross-functional teams in agile development environments.
  • Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, predictive analytics, and environmental monitoring use cases.
  • Demonstrated understanding of web-based development, including how modern web and mobile applications are architected, deployed, and maintained.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions.
