We are currently looking for a Service Desk Technician for our new factory in Columbus, Ohio. This IT service engineer maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots desktop hardware and software packages. The role involves interacting with end‑users to identify computing procedures, making selection recommendations, and writing documentation and manuals for installation and operation.
- Formulate, review, and implement plans for desktop systems and low‑voltage projects.
- Develop and implement IT service solutions, conduct assessments, and provide implementation support.
- Build and promote monitoring, access control, and audio‑video conferencing systems, optimizing functionality.
- Perform post‑maintenance inspection and optimization of IT infrastructure.
- Manage IT assets: allocation, selection, inventory, reallocation, and disposal.
- Oversee endpoint security, including confidential software, antivirus, and threat intelligence systems.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
