- Provide coordinate drawings, working with the wider business on utility integration into the built environment
- Provide early prospective site due diligence activities, demonstrating constraints and opportunities form the presence of existing utility assets and access to new supplies
- Conducting research, data modelling, and analysis to solve complex client challenges.
- Participating in service design sprints and multidisciplinary workshops.
- Collaborating with clients to deliver tailored strategies and solutions.
- Strategy & Stewardship for ESG compliance and innovation.
- Developing expertise in technical, business, and societal aspects of the built environment.
- Supporting live projects from day one across various sectors such as healthcare, education, and urban development.

- An expected or achieved 2.1 or above IET or CIBSE accredited degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Engineering Civil engineering.

- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- An understanding of 2D and 3D AutoCAD or Revit or similar modelling software is an advantage
- You will ideally have 1-2 years’ experience in utilities or a similar field.
