Offers feedback and recommendations for program enhancements to improve craft participation, performance, and retention.
Supports orientation using available technology and serves as a liaison to resolve related issues.
Identifies gaps, evaluates accuracy, and provides feedback to the Training Department on program development; recommends modifications to ensure program success.
Defines and communicates expectations to program participants; takes corrective actions as needed, including issuing warnings or recommending removal from programs.
Participates in recruiting efforts by identifying and evaluating potential craft talent.
Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to less experienced staff.
Leads craft apprentice resource planning across multiple projects by aligning assignments with qualifications, forecasted availability, and project requirements.
Responsible for QA/QC process adherence.
Provides feedback on enhancements to tracking software to ensure accurate data on resource deployment and development progress.
Conducts regular job site visits to identify skill gaps and recommends targeted development opportunities in collaboration with field leadership.
Collaborates with the Training Department to implement and refine training initiatives and development programs.
