The role offers a high level of independence and responsibility for delivering consistent, qualitative Lease Administration and Database Management services to JLL clients. You will manage a team serving as Account Leads, oversee operational delivery, and ensure timely client email and document workflow handling. Responsibilities include reviewing monthly reporting packages, transitioning new accounts, driving cost avoidance and savings, and maintaining compliance with internal and external policies. You will also lead ad‑hoc projects, resolve day‑to‑day stakeholder issues, and ensure operational activities meet agreed timelines while fostering teamwork, performance excellence, and excellent customer service.
Once you gain expertise, you will document business processes, train and mentor new team members, and audit their work. This includes cross‑checking abstracts, verifying system data and reports for accuracy and completeness, and continuously upholding JLL values through effective teamwork.
