- Support pursuit teams in crafting persuasive proposals and interview materials
- Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related field
- 8+ years of relevant A/E/C industry experience
- Experience with US Government federal programs, preferably DoD
- Deep knowledge of A/E/C procurement of professional services
- Understanding of regional marketing and public relations
- Knowledge of capture planning and proposal development processes
- Ability and desire to travel and engage in‑person
- Ability to pass background check for a DoD Common Access Card (CAC)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign)
- Self‑starter with a track record of completing projects with limited oversight
