The role will launch and scale Good Energy’s 100% renewable flex contracts, serving as the strategic interface between the proposition, partners and the market. You will drive new business, manage key accounts, guide commercial execution and ensure customers receive exceptional value and service, directly contributing to the company’s growth and the UK’s renewable energy transition.
- Develop and sustain strategic relationships with key customers, asset owners, aggregators and third‑party intermediaries (TPIs).
- Identify opportunities, lead tenders and bids, and collaborate with product, trading, operations and marketing teams to deliver winning offers.
- Serve as primary contact for portfolio, understand customer needs, shape value‑led propositions, negotiate contracts and drive upsell/renewals.
- Track pipelines, present account reviews, report on KPIs and provide insight into deal progression and retention.
- Act as subject‑matter expert on flex contracts, attend industry events and gather market intelligence.
- Improve internal processes, partner‑engagement frameworks and the customer journey to keep the flex contracts proposition competitive.

Successful candidates will have proven expertise in selling and managing complex flex contracts for large B2B energy customers, strong commercial acumen, deep knowledge of industrial and commercial customer needs, and the ability to build senior‑level relationships and communicate complex propositions clearly.
- Proven experience selling and managing complex flex contracts for large B2B energy customers.
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and deal‑structuring skills.
- Deep understanding of industrial & commercial (I&C) customer needs and flex procurement processes.
- Ability to build relationships with senior leaders, TPIs/aggregators and both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for complex commercial and technical propositions.
- Established market relationships with TPIs and large I&C energy customers (desired).
