As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide an effective and professional frontline service to a diverse customer base, handling a wide range of inquiries both face‑to‑face and over the phone. No two days are the same in this role.
You have proven administration and communication skills and can use initiative to resolve problems and meet customers’ needs. An outgoing, enthusiastic nature and a passion for delivering excellent customer service are key to success.
