Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Report any quality issues or defects to the supervisor immediately.
Check and remove foreign objects (bolts, residue wire) from coil ducts.
Build /repair end-rings, filling gaps and end-rings (Permabond, other chemicals etc.)
Ensure consistent and reliable production processes by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines and drawings.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles.
Monitor assigned production orders and make machine/workflow adjustments to maintain efficiency.
Operate various Powered Industrial Trucks, and cranes. Operate various scissor lifts and work at heights.
Report any equipment malfunctions or needed repairs to the Team Lead or supervisor immediately.
Check and read drawings, blueprints and other manufacturing documents.
Perform duties related to building resistors, casing and internal component assembly and potting.
Ensure proper disposal of waste materials by transporting them to designated waste disposal sites.
Operate cranes to rig, lift, transport, and load coils on and to W/R tables. Support critical lifts within the department (gantry moves).
Perform crimping lead terminations, heat shrink installations, taps preparation/installations and testing.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Lift up to 50 lbs.
Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Participate in regular housekeeping activities to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace.
Use measuring equipment, hand tools, air tools and power tools.
Perform routine and preventive upkeeps (including cleaning) and inspections of dept. equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Replenish material as needed for continuous production. Report material shortage to Supervisor immediately.
Clean and prepare surfaces (coils, conductor, taps, etc.) to be welded.
Ensure proper tools management (storage, maintenance, etc.). Maintain an accurate inventory of tools.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Flexibility to work 3 shift rotation is a requirement of the position.
Record (foresight, SAP, traveler...etc) production activities (std. and actual hrs., production#, unit# etc.) accurately as per company’s requirements
Excellent proficiency in English including demonstrated ability to follow verbal/written instructions and complete technical paperwork when needed
An outstanding safety and quality conscious approach while performing work duties.
Ability to learn pre and post crimping operations.
