• Shape and grow a high-performing disputes team
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and supporting ongoing engagements
• Lead high-profile expert and advisory assignments across construction and infrastructure
• Lead a team delivering advisory and expert services in construction disputes, with a focus on delay and cost issues
• Play an instrumental role in expanding the firm’s footprint in the region, including contributing to winning new work and developing new client relationships
• Provide expert analysis and strategic guidance on complex project disputes
• Oversee the preparation, strategy, and presentation of claims for clients across major infrastructure and commercial projects

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to support growth initiatives and ideally bring an established book of business
• Strong background in construction disputes and advisory work, particularly in delay and/or quantum
• Prior experience in a consultancy or expert witness environment required
• Mandatory experience acting as a named Expert Witness, including testimony in arbitration, deposition, or trial
• Proven track record of leading expert appointments or delivering substantial expert support work
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to business development
