- Fire Safety Manager Certification required, or willingness to obtain upon hire
- EPA, CPO, HVAC and CFC certifications are a plus
- Understands and complies with Fair Housing laws and standards

- Must have 1+ year of HVAC experience
- Computer knowledge with the ability to generate work orders using a property management software system
- Must be able to lift and work with heavy equipment
