As a Lead Project Scheduler for Capital Projects, you will develop and maintain detailed schedules for electric capital infrastructure projects, collaborating with project management, client management, engineering, construction, and other key stakeholders using Primavera P6 and proprietary tools.
Key responsibilities include implementing project‑control tools, creating schedule requirements per client standards, performing critical‑path analysis, managing schedule contingency and risks, providing regular updates on deviations, proactively addressing variances, supporting month‑end closing and phase‑gate processes, ensuring standardized file storage, producing look‑ahead and quality reports, assembling documentation, analyzing data for decision‑making, and coordinating with cost analysts for time‑phased cost forecasts.
Essential qualifications are proficiency with Primavera P6, at least ten years of project experience, a post‑secondary degree, strong written and verbal communication, a motivated attitude toward learning and quality delivery, and advanced Excel/Access skills for complex spreadsheets and databases; preferred experience includes power‑industry internships and AACE or PMI certifications or equivalent training.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring three days per week in the office and allowing two days of remote work for flexibility.

The compensation range for this role is $116,620 to $179,890, with transparency about base salary, benefits, and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus in compliance with local regulations.
